Hello everyone,
I am one of those who currently reside in Canada, and have lost their main accounts due to the faulty ijji-transfer. I am here today to express my opinions and my personal views regarding Softnyx, and it's downspiraling-in-popularity game GunBound. My true alias is Diabllo.
I'd like to note this from the start; I am very disappointed.
It's evident enough that this game has been tossed down to the bottom of the priority list for Softnyx. They're introducing cash-benefit after cash-benefit, laxing off the gas pedal when it comes to hacking prevention, expanding the playerbase so thin amongst local servers that there's almost no one to play with anymore.
Once upon a time, back in August 2003, GunBound was literally cash-free. Absolutely everything in-game had to be earned via gold, the players were much more respectful, the hacking issue was well-maintained, and the game masters actually spoke comprehensable English. In the most popular server from the server list, you would see room numbers higher than 1200! That's almost impossible these days...
I feel privilaged to be able to play GunBound at such a time, when GunBound was Softnyx' only game, prior to the defunct-Magic Punk and Rakion game. The quality of the management of this game has severely dropped since Softnyx began to introduce new games.
I wholeheartedly support this petition that seems to be roaming around on the freeboards. If you have any comments for me, please reply in this topic.
